"I finally recognized myself when
I discovered a “space” called Art." |

Painting is a means of knowledge.
Over the last ten years, I decided to dedicate myself to my passion for Art and to further my artistic education by attending workshops of well-known "Maestri" studying the methods and tools of the Fine Arts. |
|
|
I, therefore, attended classes focusing on oil and watercolour painting, engraving and acquaforte, as well as clay sculpure.
I later gained a diploma in "Tecniche Pittoriche" at the "Accademia delle Arti Ornamentali San Giacomo" in Rome, Italy. |

Human figure:
poetry in the material.
I am particularly attracted by the human body - reference of harmony -
the proportional masses of the figure and its expressive form.
Studying anatomy has become my passion and I am aware of the great pleasure
when painting the forms, the colours and the movements of body shapes. |
|
|
Over the last three years in Rome, I have attended classes focusing on Anatomy, the human figure and portrait, as well as “scuola del nudo”.
Furthermore, in New York, I attended classes for “Life drawing and painting” at the “Academy of Art” and at the prestigious “Art Students League of New York”. |
|
|
Some of my paintings have been on show in group exhibitions organised
by the Rome City Council or by the Academies I have attended.
During my working life I have been engaged primarily in graphic design:
it offered me the possibility to pursue my passion for the Fine Arts.
Colours and creativity are at the core of my being. |

I intend to travel." |
